Job Description
The University of Southern Maine’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) seeks a dynamic, detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to collaborate with the Director, Program Coordinator, and other staff on OLLI’s marketing and web presence to advertise robust course offerings that serve our adult, 50+ population of nearly 1,600.

Requirements

  • 60 credits or more of higher education or equivalent work experience and training
  • Three years’ administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency
