Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Specialist II to provide essential support to the Technical Support Division within the Air and Radiation Administration (ARA). The core responsibility is to provide support in permit processing, renewals and records, financial administration, and administrative support.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate
  • One year of experience performing administrative staff, clerical, clerical technical, or secretarial work
  • Six months of experience using databases performing data entry, recovering information, and processing invoices
  • Six months of experience using office software programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational, proofreading, and multi-tasking skills
