Job Description
The Administrative Specialist III provides administrative and clerical support to the Emergency Department, serving as a resource to staff and reporting to the Director or Sr. Director level. The role supports marketing and community engagement efforts, ensuring the smooth running of departmental business and managing administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3 years of administrative support experience required. 1 year of healthcare administrative support experience preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including internal team members, leaders, vendors, and community partners.
  • Ability to use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases;
