Job Description
Administrative Specialist - Purchasing role at Necco, managing procurement process, providing administrative and clerical support, and creating reports and documents.
Requirements
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Willing and able to learn purchasing procedures and policies
Proficient with Microsoft word, excel, or related software
Minimum of 21 Years of Age
High School Education (Degree Preferred)
Valid Driver’s License
At least two years of clerical experience preferred
Excellent written, oral, and organizational skills required
Ability to multitask and think critically
Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
Ability to navigate and execute software programs (i.e Microsoft Office programs, Databases, Dashboards)
