This full-time position focuses on maintaining the rental office, collecting site income, bookkeeping, and keeping accurate records in compliance with company policies. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Certified Occupancy Specialist (affordable sites).
  • NYS Notary License within six months of hire.
  • CMH (Affordable) or ARM (Market) within one year of hire.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
