Job Description
Landsman is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to assist with property management operations. This full-time position focuses on maintaining the rental office, collecting site income, bookkeeping, and keeping accurate records in compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include managing relationships with renters, contractors, and property owners.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Certified Occupancy Specialist (affordable sites).
NYS Notary License within six months of hire.
CMH (Affordable) or ARM (Market) within one year of hire.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
