Role Overview

The Lead Administrative Coordinator position provides office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks that support the effective and efficient operation of the clinic. Coordinates the daily operations of administrative support staff and ensures quality customer service to all patients, visitors, or care partners.

What You Will Do

Manages all front office duties, such as insurance authorization and billing, registering patients, answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, and maintaining the integrity of the patient database. Ensures payment for services by coordinating insurance benefits and complying with insurance regulations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of medical office experience strongly preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
