Role OverviewThe Administrative Supervisor will lead the administrative team, provide day-to-day leadership and accountability, and support reporting, process improvement, and cross-departmental initiatives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The successful candidate will lead, manage, coach, and hold the Administrative Team accountable for day-to-day performance and customer service, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements
- High School diploma
- Previous experience working in a healthcare administrative role and/or medical office setting
- Experience with project management preferred
- Knowledge of insurance requirements and medical terminology preferred
- Excellent follow up skills with patients and team members
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to take direction, prioritize tasks and proper time management
- Kind and helpful personality and communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult people and situations
- Ability to work proficiently with Practice Management software with sufficient training
- Firm command of MS Office Suite
- Neat and professional appearance
- Ability to lead and participate in a professional and thoughtful manner in all meetings
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and compliance guidelines established by the practice
