Job Description
Temporary Development Associate sought to join Major Donors team for 3-month contract, providing donor stewardship and administrative support to a leading international Catholic ministry organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years professional fundraising experience or equivalent field sales/territory management
  • Understanding of fundraising as stewardship ministry
  • Experience with CRM systems or donor databases highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sensitivity to Christian-based fundraising environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information
