Job Description
Temporary Development Associate sought to join Major Donors team for 3-month contract, providing donor stewardship and administrative support to a leading international Catholic ministry organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
1-2 years professional fundraising experience or equivalent field sales/territory management
Understanding of fundraising as stewardship ministry
Experience with CRM systems or donor databases highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sensitivity to Christian-based fundraising environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information
