Role OverviewThe Administrator provides overall leadership and oversight of intake, assessment, and intervention services to ensure timely, consistent, and effective care for youth. Integrates assessment and intervention processes, supervises service delivery teams, and ensures individualized plans are informed by comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based practices.

Oversee intake, assessment, and intervention processes, lead the implementation of intervention strategies, ensure continuity of care, provide leadership during high-risk situations, and facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Social Work, Child Psychology, Counseling, Human Services Administration or related field
- Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in residential childcare, behavioral health, child welfare, juvenile services, youth development, or a related human services field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory, management, or leadership experience
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams, direct care staff, intervention specialists, case management staff, or residential care personnel
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, behavior management, and child development
- Understanding of Texas licensing standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- CDL within 3 months of employment
- Basic competency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications
- Proficient in general office equipment operation
- Exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills
- Age 21 or older
- Availability for travel as needed
- Willingness to live on campus
