Job Description
We're seeking a driven, high‐potential healthcare professional to join our Administrator‐in‐Training (AIT) program — a structured, hands‐on pathway that prepares you to become a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA).
Requirements
Experience in one of the following SNF roles: Admissions / Marketing, Social Services, Business Office Management, Other department‐head or high‐level administrative roles
Bachelor’s degree in: Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field
Strong understanding of SNF culture and operations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Professional stability and reliability
Desire to grow into a licensed Administrator
Ability to commit to a full‐time, onsite program
