Requirements

  • Directly related experience in an SNF role, such as Admissions / Marketing, Social Services, Business Office Management, or other high-level administrative roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of SNF culture and operations, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a desire to grow into a licensed Administrator.
