Job Description
Office Manager role providing administrative support to the center management staff, responsible for various tasks including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and lease administration.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of administrative office experience
Supervisory and coaching skills
Knowledge of administrative procedures and customer service principles
Aptitude for understanding financial reports
Accounts Payable and Receivable background using systems such as Yardi
Strong working knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Web based input software
Effective conflict resolution and customer service skills
