We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrator, Office Management to join our team in Durham, NC. You will be involved in office management, communication, administration, and security and safety tasks.
Requirements
College or university degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Previous administrative experience for 2+ years
Experience working in an international company desired
Prior experience with facility management preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
