Role OverviewThe Administrator (Support & Operations) will utilize Network Management Systems (NMS) to oversee server health, bandwidth utilization, and application availability. They will identify anomalies, document incidents, assess severity, and initiate first-level troubleshooting. The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with end users and team members, as well as problem-solving skills around analyzing issues, critical thinking, creativity, and finding solutions quickly.
What You Will Do
Utilize Network Management Systems (NMS) to oversee server health, bandwidth utilization, and application availability. Identify anomalies, document incidents, assess severity, and initiate first-level troubleshooting. Participate in major incident and priority outage bridges, including operational calls and status-focused management calls for Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents.
