Role Overview

The Administrator (Support & Operations) will be responsible for managing hardware inventory, collaborating with IT vendors and procurement, and interacting with IT desktop support personnel. The role requires 5-7 years of experience in IT and/or overall inventory management, with a strong focus on communication and interpersonal skills.

What You Will Do

The Administrator will be responsible for managing hardware inventory, including replenishment practices, and peripheral inventory management. They will also interact with IT desktop support personnel and collaborate with IT vendors and procurement. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing their time and priorities, and working in a warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Atlassian JIRA and Maximo application, IT service management tools, and Microsoft Excel. They will also have experience working in an asset tracking database and imaging laptops and desktops with Windows 10. Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in IT and/or overall inventory management
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in working with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and working knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of IT hardware and Apple IOS devices
  • Experience working in Atlassian JIRA and Maximo application
  • Experience with IT service management tools
  • Experience working in an asset tracking database
  • Experience with imaging laptops and desktops with Windows 10
