Job Description
Join Trinity Grove as an Administrator to oversee daily operations of a long-term care community, ensuring compliance with laws and organizational policies, and providing exceptional support and leadership to residents, families, staff, and the local community.
Requirements
Assure the appropriate employment, training, supervision, and termination of teammates
Coordinate the provision of services to residents in a consistent manner
Assist in development of budget recommendations
Oversee the physical assets of the long-term care community
Ensure an effective marketing and public relations program
Maintain assignments and schedules for all positions in the community
Inform teammates of applicable policies and procedures
Ensure the proper documentation of resident care/services, business activities, and teammate performance
Designate authority and responsibility to management personnel
Adopt New Pathways and Just Culture initiatives
Promote and expect exceptional customer service
Build relationships with donors and potential donors
Support and assist facility operations as needed
