Job Description
Join Trinity Grove as an Administrator to oversee daily operations of a long-term care community, ensuring compliance with laws and organizational policies, and providing exceptional support and leadership to residents, families, staff, and the local community.

Requirements

  • Assure the appropriate employment, training, supervision, and termination of teammates
  • Coordinate the provision of services to residents in a consistent manner
  • Assist in development of budget recommendations
  • Oversee the physical assets of the long-term care community
  • Ensure an effective marketing and public relations program
  • Maintain assignments and schedules for all positions in the community
  • Inform teammates of applicable policies and procedures
  • Ensure the proper documentation of resident care/services, business activities, and teammate performance
  • Designate authority and responsibility to management personnel
  • Adopt New Pathways and Just Culture initiatives
  • Promote and expect exceptional customer service
  • Build relationships with donors and potential donors
  • Support and assist facility operations as needed
