Job Description
We are seeking an Admission Counselor to join our dynamic and dedicated team. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for recruiting prospective students and evaluating applications within a comprehensive and selective undergraduate admission process.

Requirements

  • Representing Endicott College to a wide and diverse audience in high schools and at college fair programs
  • Conducting information sessions and interviews on and off-campus to communicate the value of an Endicott education
  • Maintaining relationships with secondary school counselors
  • Corresponding with prospective students and their families
  • Organizing various admission activities
  • Managing the evaluation and selection of students seeking admission to the College
  • Making recommendations for scholarships and grants
  • Serving as a liaison with campus partners
  • Attending and supporting key events like Commencement, Homecoming, and other all-hands-on-deck gatherings
