Role OverviewAs the Admissions and Marketing Manager for KSS Spanish Immersion Preschools, you will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive recruitment and enrollment management strategy to support the growth and expansion of KSS Preschools.
What You Will Do
You will oversee and manage the recruitment process of all KSS Preschools, provide leadership on all issues related to student recruitment and enrollment management, and serve as an ambassador for the school's mission and educational programs.

You will work closely with the marketing team to develop necessary recruitment materials, track and analyze admissions and enrollment data, and develop and maintain relationships with feeder-schools, community organizations, and key stakeholders in the independent school ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working in admissions/enrollment management
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for recruitment events
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience working within SIS, CRM, and/or enrollment management systems (specifically, knowledge of Veracross a plus)
