Job Description
As a Care Coordinator at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, you will be responsible for the timely response to call center inquiries and facilitating the admission of those seeking treatment at a Pinnacle Treatment Centers facility.

Requirements

  • High school or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
  • 1 or more year(s) of experience in substance abuse/mental health field (preferred)
  • Call Center experience (preferred)
  • Experience and/or knowledge of the treatment industry (preferred)
  • Ability to connect and empathize with patients and families seeking treatment
  • Experience working with a team setting
