Job Description
Ballard Center is hiring an Admissions Director to manage customer flow process, ensure strong customer and referrer satisfaction, and maximize center goals. The role involves coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, guiding the center sales program, and ensuring positive admission experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to adjust work schedule based on centers' business needs
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Minimum of two (2) years college education in the field of health care administration, business management, and/or marketing or public relations preferred
