Role Overview

The Admissions Director oversees the entire inquiry and admissions process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective residents and their families. This includes conducting tours, performing assessments, maintaining strong communication, and following up on leads. The role is responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to support occupancy and community outreach goals.

What You Will Do

Manage and respond to all inquiries and admissions in a timely, professional manner. Conduct facility tours, assessments, and presentations for prospective residents and families. Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or admissions (healthcare preferred)
  • Experience in a hospital, skilled nursing, or long-term care setting is strongly preferred
  • Leadership or management experience is a plus
  • Background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a plus
