Role OverviewThe Admissions Director will develop early and appropriate referrals by creating and sustaining business partnerships with referral sources to drive growth in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care business. The role involves developing territory plans, strategies, and actions to achieve budgeted targets, analyzing territory, establishing sales goals, and building relationships with PruittHealth staff and partners. The Admissions Director will identify key referring physicians, build the PruittHealth brand, and identify opportunities to increase referral volume.
What You Will Do
The Admissions Director will develop quarterly and annual territory plans, strategies, and actions to achieve budgeted targets. They will analyze territory, establish sales goals, and write sales plans. The role involves making effective sales contacts, meetings, and presentations, building relationships with PruittHealth staff and partners, and identifying key referring physicians and opportunities to increase referral volume.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
- Extensive relevant industry experience with 2 years of college or business school and/or equivalent combination of experience and training
- Familiarity with healthcare landscape and sales processes
- Two (2) year experience in Healthcare Sales/Marketing, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
