Role OverviewAs a member of the admissions team, the Admissions In-house Counselor and Visit Coordinator provides admission counseling and enrollment services support. The position oversees the scheduling and execution of group visits, and conducts individual student interviews/meetings, through which s/he serves as a permanent, in-house point of contact for visiting prospective students and families, and guides students through the admissions process.
What You Will Do
Coordinate and deliver individual and group campus visits, including scheduling, personalized itineraries, faculty and staff appointments, student ambassador coverage, visitor communications, welcoming guests, and post-visit follow up. Serve as an in-house admission counselor by guiding prospective students and families through the admissions process, responding to questions, conducting presentations and interviews, supporting application completion, and completing assigned outreach and conversion activities.
