Role OverviewThe Admissions Liaison is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the admission process from initial referral through transition into the facility.
What You Will Do
Meets with customers and potential customers to communicate and market the company’s services, develops and expands referral sources, and performs pre-admissions screening of prospective patients.

Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in a related healthcare field
- Valid state driver’s license
- 3-5 years’ experience in long-term care
- Effective communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Proven marketing and sales ability
- Ability to operate personal computers
- Ability to make timely decisions and negotiate effectively
- Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, healthcare admissions, hospital discharge planning, and/or case management
