The main day-to-day responsibilities include conducting initial phone screenings, managing inbound inquiry calls, entering accurate demographic and admissions data, and responding to emails and messages.

Requirements
- 1+ year coordinating patient admissions in a chemical dependency or mental health treatment setting
- Working knowledge of addiction, substance abuse, and 12-Step Recovery programs
- Comfortable collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and CRM systems
- Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
