Role OverviewAs an Admissions Representative, you'll serve as the welcoming face of the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region for both people and animals during some of life's most emotional moments. You'll play a vital role in creating positive outcomes for animals and the people who love them.
What You Will Do
Deliver exceptional customer service, provide compassionate assistance to customers, and assist with animal intake, reunification, and service requests.

Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year of paid or volunteer experience working with animals in a shelter, kennel, veterinary clinic, grooming facility, pet store, daycare, farm, or similar setting.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Experience successfully de-escalating difficult or emotionally charged situations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Comfortable working with animals of varying sizes, temperaments, and medical conditions.
