Role OverviewIn support of ORU’s aggressive growth goals, this position is responsible to recruit students to ORU from a specialized territory assignment and serve as team leader in recruitment efforts for this specific territory.
What You Will Do
Recruit students to ORU, generate and cultivate leads, guide admitted students through matriculation, travel to connect with prospective students, and manage recruitment itinerary.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must possess a valid Oklahoma driver’s license, have an excellent driving record, and be able to articulate information well, both verbally and in written form.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (ORU graduate preferred)
- Valid Oklahoma driver’s license
- Excellent driving record
- At least one year experience on the New Student Relations team or other relevant experience
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Familiarity with Banner Relationship Management and Sales Force systems (plus)
- Bi-lingual, Spanish-speaker (preferred)
