Job Description
The Integrated Health Care Clinician provides clinical and case management services for children and adults across the lifespan in an integrated health care setting. This clinical position supports the Adolescent IOP at our Bristol Health & Wellness Center.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work or related license eligible field or a doctoral degree in Psychology is required.
  • Licensure Requirements for Clinical Positions
  • Credential(s) Required: Must be licensed or license eligible LPCA, LMFTA, LPC, LMFT or Psychologist. If you are a MSW, a LMSW (permit or license) or LCSW will be required to begin employment.
