Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Adolescent Therapist to join our team at Embark Behavioral Health in White Haven, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Behavioral Sciences and be fully licensed in the state of Pennsylvania or working toward licensure. The role involves managing a caseload of six clients, providing individual, family, and group therapy, and working with other care providers to facilitate client growth. What You Will Do

As an Adolescent Therapist at Embark Behavioral Health, you will manage a caseload of six clients, provide individual, family, and group therapy, and work with other care providers to facilitate client growth. You will also be responsible for case management, team management, crisis management, treatment planning, and documentation in our electronic medical record.

Requirements

  • Minimum master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences - Social Work (MSW,) Clinical Social Work (CSW,) Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or a related discipline.
  • Fully licensed in state of Pennsylvania or working toward licensure.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or equivalent
  • NPI Number and CAQH Profile
  • Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required.
  • Ability to pass a state background check
