Role OverviewFraser is seeking a Mental Health Therapist/Clinical Trainee to provide individual and family therapy to adolescents at our Bloomington clinic. In addition to providing outpatient therapy, you have the unique opportunity to co-lead pre-adolescent day treatment for ages 9-11.
What You Will Do
Implementing personalized, responsive client treatment plans, conduct individual, family, and group therapy, perform crisis interventions, welcome new clients and conduct diagnostic assessments, collaborate and communicate with parents, county workers, social workers.

Requirements
- Completed Master's degree and on track toward independent clinical licensure or hold an active independent licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LISCW)
- Social Workers - must have a graduate-level license (LGSW)
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children or adolescents, preferably in a clinical setting
- Ability to transport yourself in reasonable timing from one location to another for training, coverage, etc.
