Job Description
Camelot Community Care employs over 500 dedicated professionals who help children reach their fullest potential. The Adoptions Director oversees adoption overlay services across four counties, providing direct supervision and support to teams, and fostering staff development, program quality, and contract measures.

Requirements

  • 3 years of leadership experience
  • 5 years of adoption experience in Central Florida
  • Master's Degree in a human services field
  • Bachelor's Degree in a human services field
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to travel between offices within Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Brevard Counties
  • Proficient in computer usage including Microsoft Office products
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Valid personal auto insurance
