Job Description
The Alameda County Social Services Agency is seeking an Adult Protection Supervisor to supervise, review, and evaluate the work of a unit responsible for investigations, assessments, case and client management, and estate administration.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Gerontology, Business or Public Administration, or a closely related field
  • One year of experience as an Adult Protective Services Worker II, Deputy Public Guardian-Conservator/Investigator, or higher-level social worker classification
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention methods and techniques, casework methods and techniques, procedures used in the marshalling and management of estate assets and trust funds, and relevant laws, codes and regulations
