Role OverviewHarbor is seeking an Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Toledo team. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management for adult patients.
What You Will Do
Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and provide evidence-based treatment plans. Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice and sends prescriptions in a timely manner per protocol.

Requirements
- Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited nursing program.
- Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program in a relevant specialty area.
- Equivalent combination of advanced education, clinical training, and experience may be considered where applicable.
- Experience: Must be proficient and accurate in computer use.
- Licensure and Certifications: Current, active, and unrestricted CNP or CNS licensure in the state of Ohio.
- Active DEA license.
- Must maintain all licenses and certifications in good standing throughout employment.
- BLS and NCI/CPI Certifications required within 90 days of employment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and show proof of personal auto insurance policy to be deemed insurable with Harbor’s vehicle insurance carrier if applicable.
