What You Will Do
Supports workforce planning strategy and frameworks, establishes standards for labor forecasting, workforce demand and supply planning, and scenario modeling across all major business functions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum ten years of experience in workforce planning, workforce analytics, operations strategy, finance analytics or related field
