Role OverviewJoin Loka, a globally distributed tech consultancy, as an Advanced Backend Engineer. Design and implement Backend solutions across multiple projects, using Python and/or NodeJs development. Contribute to decisions around architectural trade-offs and security best practices. Work with a team of over 100 certified specialists and PhDs.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, and implement Backend components, contribute to security and data-protection best practices, maintain effective test suites, and write clean code and documentation.

Requirements
- 3+ years Backend development
- Fluent in Python or NodeJs (Typescript)
- Strong CS foundation
- Understanding of API/Web communication protocols
- Understanding of concurrency concepts in APIs/Web
- Understanding of cloud services and landscape
- Understanding of traditional and serverless architectures
- Capable of working container-first
