Role OverviewThe Advanced Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, project managers, functional owners, and external partners to analyze business processes, define requirements, improve workflows, support application development, and lead testing activities.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include leading or participating in large, complex, enterprise-wide projects, facilitating business process improvement initiatives, eliciting and analyzing business processes and requirements, translating business requirements into user stories, and developing meeting summaries and requirements documentation.

Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of IT Business Analysis experience
- Minimum 4 years of Business Process Engineering experience
- Demonstrated experience leveraging IT solutions and business process improvements
- Strong experience in strategic planning, tactical execution, process management, business systems requirements definition, process analysis and optimization, data collection and analysis
- Strong knowledge of business process engineering principles and practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading projects and mentoring junior team members
