What You Will Do
Deliver clinical services, including conducting crisis evaluations, assessing risk, and formulating immediate clinical interventions. Provide crisis triage, support, and resource activation through the Regional Hotline, complete intake services, and collaborate with contract agencies and community providers.

Requirements
- One (1) year of experience as a licensed clinical social worker
- Experience performing intake (psychosocial) assessments and initial care planning
- Experience completing community-based crisis assessments
- Experience completing risk assessments and developing risk mitigation plans
- Experience providing trauma informed services to individuals with severe and prolonged mental illness, addiction and co-morbid medial conditions
