Role Overview

Toyota's Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Advanced Compensation – Senior HR Technical Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide hands-on technical leadership for our Workday compensation ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Keep compensation cycles running strong (salary + hourly): Own end-to-end technical readiness for annual, mid-cycle, hourly events, and off-cycle compensation changes; ensure stable integrations and clean data flows across Workday and downstream systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR Technology or HRIS
  • Experience supporting or leading annual compensation cycles and/or off-cycle compensation changes in an HRIS environment
  • Demonstrated experience gathering requirements, writing user stories or functional requirements, supporting testing, and partnering with technical teams through delivery
  • Strong analytical skills, including data validation, issue investigation, and root-cause analysis
  • Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and produce strong documentation
  • Working understanding of data privacy and access concepts for sensitive employee and compensation data
