Job Description
We are seeking an Advanced Line Cook to bring expertise and precision to our culinary brigade at Alila Ventana Big Sur. The ideal candidate has experience on a sauté & grill station at a fine dining restaurant or luxury resort.

Requirements

  • Execute complex recipes and manage high-volume production stations
  • Maintain impeccable food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
  • Support team leadership and step in for supervision when needed
  • Prep and cook proteins, sauces, and composed dishes with accuracy
