Job Description
The Advanced Controls Engineer will develop and implement control systems solutions for advanced manufacturing equipment for continuous cable manufacturing processes.
Requirements
Develop reliable and robust Supervisory Control System designs and platforms for advanced process control functions.
Work with Manufacturing and Process Engineering to develop system functional requirements.
Troubleshooting of SCADA System in context of control of the automated machinery.
Tuning Advanced Control systems algorithms.
Project management for new equipment development and upgrades to existing systems.
Develop strategies and plans to standardize common controls system functions, architecture, and components across a wide variety of production machinery.
Develop strategies for Supervisory Control System software standardization.
