Role OverviewAs an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will apply experience of manufacturing processes to improve production, reduce costs, and improve product quality. You will work across multiple areas like New Product Introduction (NPI), process development, and automation, collaborating with other teams to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating new production materials, equipment, and technologies, working with Engineering and Operations to define and implement capital projects, and diagnosing and troubleshooting processes and equipment.

Requirements
- Four (4) year Engineering, or Advanced Engineering degree
- Experience with PLC and control system applications including automated process equipment competencies
- Six-Sigma or similar Quality and Process Improvement implementation
- Experience with AutoCAD or 3D design software
- Ability to read or create electrical and mechanical schematics
- Demonstrated good communication skills
- Experience managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager
