Job Description
Advanced Pharmacy Tech, Acute Care OR - Pipeline. Works under supervision of Pharmacy Technician Coordinator, Pharmacy Technician Supervisor or Pharmacy Manager. The is a full-time rotating shift, days and evenings. Weekend work is required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 4 years of experience as a pharmacy technician
  • 2 years in area of advanced pharmacy technician concentration
  • (TSBP) REG PHARMACY TECNICIAN Registration with Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) as a Registered Technician Upon Hire
  • (PHARM INT) PHARMACY INTERN Registration with Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) as a Pharmacist intern Upon Hire
  • STERILE COMPOUNDING (IV) CERT Sterile compounding (IV) certification accredited by ACPE required in Sterile & Hazardous Compounding and Investigational Drug Services only Upon Hire
  • (BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) is required Upon Hire
