Job Description
Works as an Advanced Pharmacy Tech under supervision, performing job responsibilities in accordance with organizational and departmental policies. Coordinates daily workflow, provides leadership, and makes good decisions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 4 years of experience as a pharmacy technician
  • 2 years in area of advanced pharmacy technician concentration
  • TSBP) REG PHARMACY TECNICIAN Registration with Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) as a Registered Technician Upon Hire or (PHARM INT) PHARMACY INTERN Registration with Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) as a Pharmacist intern Upon Hire
  • STERILE COMPOUNDING (IV) CERT Sterile compounding (IV) certification accredited by ACPE required in Sterile & Hazardous Compounding and Investigational Drug Services only Upon Hire and (BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) is required Upon Hire
