Requirements

  • Advanced Pharmacy Technician (APT) experience
  • Pharmacy Technician Coordinator, Pharmacy Technician Supervisor or Pharmacy Manager supervision
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 4 years of experience as a pharmacy technician
  • 2 years in area of advanced pharmacy technician concentration
  • (TSBP) REG PHARMACY TECNICIAN Registration with Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) as a Registered Technician
  • (PHARM INT) PHARMACY INTERN Registration with Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) as a Pharmacist intern
  • STERILE COMPOUNDING (IV) CERT Sterile compounding (IV) certification accredited by ACPE
  • (BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
