Role OverviewThe Advanced Practice Nurse provides high quality, cost-effective patient care that supports established specialty practice objectives and strategic organizational goals. They work collaboratively with physician leaders, administration and staff to improve clinical outcomes.
What You Will Do
The Advanced Practice Nurse establishes preventive measures, diagnoses and treats illnesses and disorders in a competent manner. They manage and utilize resources optimally, providing care that meets the customer's expectations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This position requires a Master's degree in nursing, current licensure as a RN in the State of NJ, and certification within the area of specialty. The Advanced Practice Nurse must also have ACLS and BLS certifications.
Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited school
- Current licensure as a RN in the State of NJ
- Certification within area of specialty
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years experience in field of specialty as RN in State of New Jersey
- Proficiency in Clinical Applications
