Role OverviewThe Advanced Practice Nurse provides high quality, cost-effective patient care that supports established specialty practice objectives and strategic organizational goals. They establish preventive measures, diagnose and treat illnesses and disorders in a competent manner. The Advanced Practice Nurse works collaboratively with physician leaders, administration and staff to improve clinical outcomes.
What You Will Do
The Advanced Practice Nurse delivers patient care in a cost-effective manner, manages and utilizes resources optimally. They participate in quality improvement efforts organization-wide and play an active role as a member of the appropriate divisional and departmental committees.

Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited school or as grandfathered by NJ Law
- Current licensure as a RN in the State of NJ and certified by the State Board of Nursing
- Certification within area of specialty required and granted privileges from ARMC medical staff
- NRNNP, C or RNCNS, C registry unencumbered
- ACLS required in Urgent Care, AtlantiCare Physician Group and Heart Failure Program
- BLS required
- Minimum 2 years experience in field of specialty as RN in State of New Jersey
- Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred
