Role OverviewThe Advanced Practice Nurse provides high quality, cost-effective patient care that supports established specialty practice objectives and strategic organizational goals. They establish preventive measures, diagnose and treat illnesses and disorders in a competent manner. The Advanced Practice Nurse works collaboratively with physician leaders, administration and staff to improve clinical outcomes.
What You Will Do
The Advanced Practice Nurse will diagnose and treat illnesses and disorders, manage and utilize resources optimally, and participate in quality improvement efforts organization-wide.

This position requires a Master's degree in nursing, current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey, and certification within the area of specialty. The Advanced Practice Nurse must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the field of specialty as an RN in the State of New Jersey.
Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited school or as grandfathered by NJ Law
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
- Certification within area of specialty
- Minimum 2 years experience in field of specialty as RN in State of New Jersey
- ACLS required in Urgent Care, AtlantiCare Physician Group and Heart Failure Program
- BLS required
