Job Description
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) provides evidenced-based care for the management of patients, including assessment, implementation, and evaluation of a detailed plan of care. They demonstrate competency in providing age-appropriate care to patients and provide family-centered care to meet family needs. The APP initiates, participates, and collaborates with divisional and organizational multi-disciplinary staff to provide and support evidence-based education, quality improvement, and research.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Clinical Nurse Specialist
Minimum 0 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
Strong knowledge of clinical specialty and services
Clinical leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
