Role OverviewThe Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for providing quality care for patients and increasing patient access and satisfaction. This role involves performing patient assessment, establishing plans of care, and collaborating with other healthcare providers.
What You Will Do
Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients and coworkers, performs patient assessment and assigns diagnosis, establishes plan of care and implements interventions, collaborates with other healthcare providers, and contributes to educational development of staff and patients.

Requires demonstrated leadership skills, interpersonal relationships skills, and computer skills to access patient medical data. Must have a Master's Degree in Nursing or a Master's Degree from an accredited PA educational program, and 1+ years of experience as a NP or PA.

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the State of Ohio or Physician Assistant (PA) in the State of Ohio
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred
