Job Description
The Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/PA) provides general and specialty medical and/or surgical services to individuals, families and groups, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention as well as diagnosis and management of acute and chronic diseases.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Florida
  • Adult Gero Primary Care or Family Nurse Practitioner required
  • National certification is required for PAs
  • Experience in primary care strongly preferred
  • Occupational health experience, DOT certified/experience a plus
